STS Europe joins Dow Schofield Watts
We are delighted to announce that STS Europe has joined Dow Schofield Watts as Tax Advisory Partners.
STS Europe will be part of the DSW Network but will remain in the Burscough office and continue to provide our existing clients with specialist tax services. Our name will change to DSW STS, but that is the only difference that our existing clients will see.
Joining the network allows us to continue to grow alongside the DSW team of Dave Waddington, Carla Holmes and Ali Hassan and take advantage of DSW’s offices across the UK.

This acquisition allows Andy Sharp to retire from the business. We thank him for his dedication to the company and wish him the happiest of retirements! Andrew Robinson, Director at STS Europe, will become a Partner in DSW Tax Advisory.
An Alternative to Traditional Accountancy
Dow Schofield Watts offers an alternative to traditional accountancy and tax firms by enabling professionals to run their own businesses under its brand. DSW Capital plc, the company which owns the Dow Schofield Watts brand, provided funding support for the transaction.

Exiting Expansion Plans
The deal brings the total number of professionals in the Dow Schofield Watts network to 105 and follows its expansion into the Midlands with the addition of corporate recovery firm Bridgewood and the launch of a new corporate finance team.
